LOCATION
Little London is situated on the eastern side of the A267, which leads from Eastbourne via Hailsham to Heathfiled and Tunbridge Wells. The site backs onto woodland, within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The market town of Heathfield is a major center for the surrounding area with its wide range of shops, Chemists, Schools, supermarkets, and sports amenities, and is also the centre of the bus routes from the villages. Heathfield lies on the A265, midway along an ancient track called the Ridgeway, which since pre-historic times, has been the link between the South Downs and the Weald. Hailsham also has a large range of shops and amenities but also offers a large range of commercial facilities, The nearest trains are in Wadhurst or Tunbridge Wells giving a service running every 30 minutes, taking about 1 hour to London.
DIRECTIONS
From Tunbridge Wells head South on the A267, following signs for Heathfield, passing through Mark Cross and Five Ashes, on entering Cross In Hand on the A267 continue past the petrol station on your left, after a short distance turn right signposted Horam & Eastbourne, Little London can be found after a short distance on the right hand side.

LEGAL COSTS::
There is a charge of £125.00 plus VAT made to all ingoing Licensees to cover the cost of the preparation of the Licence.
DEPOSIT::
A refundable deposit is required from each Licensee, equivalent to one month's rent, payable upon completion of the formalities.
