| 1) | | Make a call to our office
and speak to our land finder. |

| 2) | | We will then do a search
on the ordinance survey, this will give an
indication of whether there is any potential
with your property. |

| 3) | | We will then call
you to arrange an appointment to meet with
you and do a free site visit. We will
discuss various options on how we could proceed
as a company, taking into consideration of
any
specific requirements you may have. We will
also be able to give you an indication of
the timing of
the process as it does vary depending to what
it involves. |

| 4) | | Then if necessary we will arrange a site survey with a
planning consultant and an architect (at no
cost to you). Once this has been done, this
will determine what could be achieved on your
land. |

| 5) | | Now all we need to do is agree
a price!
