We have been established as a company for many years and we have acquired many properties, where we have enhanced the value by obtaining planning permission. Your property may be worth substantially more than an estate agent tells you, as agents do not always realise the potential with the properties they look at. One simple phone call could determine the benefits from our proposals. There is no cost to you whereas an estate agent would charge you a fee for an introduction.

Are you fed up with local councils refusing planning permission due to all their policies, even though you are sure what you are submitting is achievable? We can help! We deal with hundreds of applications every year and most of them have constraints like tree preservation orders and highway issues, which can be overcome as our specialist consultants have a great record of overcoming problems. You may even have a plot but no access we can help.

with free advice on whether you have more than just a house on the market!
 

 How does it work? 
 
1) Make a call to our office and speak to our land finder.
2) We will then do a search on the ordinance survey, this will give an indication of whether there is any potential with your property.
3) We will then call you to arrange an appointment to meet with you and do a free site visit. We will
discuss various options on how we could proceed as a company, taking into consideration of any
specific requirements you may have. We will also be able to give you an indication of the timing of
the process as it does vary depending to what it involves.
4) Then if necessary we will arrange a site survey with a planning consultant and an architect (at no cost to you). Once this has been done, this will determine what could be achieved on your land.
5) Now all we need to do is agree a price!
